Every time I call - it is a minimum of 45 minutes on the phone.Customer service does a poor job of documenting previous call information.
Several times I get different answers to the same questions. It is always a different excuse. Dealing with OneExchange Via requires me to document in great detail every conversation that took place. It seems their business model is to totally frustrate and confuse their clientele.
As far as I can tell there is no governmental oversight of their business - too bad. Reimbursement should not be this difficult. The company I retired from deposits money each month into my OneExchange account.
Their standard processing time for resolution of issues is 4-6 weeks.This is a very difficult company to deal with.
