I was told by the funding department at one exchange that my reembursment check was mailed out on January 5. It never came.

I called several times and every time I called I got a different story.Finally after I realized they did not care if I got my money or not I faxed them a direct deposit form so they could just deposit it in my checking account. I thought they might be able to do that. WRONG!!! They said they could not find my fax so I sent it 6 more times.i called today and was told to call back in 2 weeks!!!!

I cannot believe a company like Kimberly Clark would give their retired workers such a terrible company to have to deal with!!! I worked for 29 years and I have to put up with this to get my own money!!!!!

The funding department is terrible!!! Rude people!!!!

Some of them are ill-informed and haughty. They refuse to escalate a call to a manager.

They won't give you an email address or a physical address for handling disputes. The only avenue is the terrible "customer service" phone line.

The company is clearly designed to not reimburse retirees for proper documentation. Further, they will set up an example for r imbue sennet on their web page because they know it will hold them to their word.

Stop the madness, companies need to get away from allowing these firms to disburse funds to retirees that they have know vested interest in supporting.

They IRS rules as a crutch to further hinder the reimbursement process. Changing names will change the leopard.

In 2016 and 2017 I had trouble getting the balance owed me in December of each year. You never speak to the same person in funding.

It's like dealing with a bowl of jello.

The first years of 2014 and 2015 went as planned, no problems. The last two the wheels came off in December.

I just got disconnected for the 2nd time as they had me on hold to review my claims. I had no problems last year.

This time they have held up claims, pending review. If only they could just tell us what the problems are when they send notices saying "further review needed".

So when you call, no one seems to know, and while they look for answers, We get disconnected.....so Frustrating. Will call again tomorrow...SMH.
