I submitted a claim for a premium Medicare B on April 2, 2018 for March premium. This claim was on submitted on the website.

According to the website it indicated April 5, 2018 direct deposit payment. Today April 10, 2018 it still has not been deposited into my checking account.

I contacted customer service an was told I should have it by the end of this week. I noticed the date of the premium had been changed to April 1, 2018 the rep I spoke with verified the date I had submitted for the premium was March someone had changed the date.

This is the reason I was told that it is taking so long the date I entered was March an it was entered in their system as April. Their mistake is the delay for my payment not a mistake on my part.

Every claim I have submitted on line has taken over ten days to be received. I have only submitted Medicare B and blood pressure med.

It took a call to the company I am retired from to receive claim I submitted around the first of January finally received the end of January submitted on line.

I have to call on every claim I submit trying to get a date I will receive the payment. Always some reason it is delayed. None have been error on my part.
